Callers may claim a missed jury summons created a bench warrant and demand payment through Cash App, Zelle, prepaid cards, or a spoofed phone number. Maryland courts, Sheriff's Offices, and Jury Offices do not call citizens to demand payment over the phone for missing jury duty.
Carroll County Marriage Probate Records
Marriage licenses are issued by the Carroll County Clerk of the Circuit Court through Land Records and Licensing.
